Hi, I‘m Antonia, a design and business leader based in Graz, Austria. With my team and customers across Europe, I build impactful apps & services. In the last decade, working in Berlin and London, I have seized the opportunity to do a variety of creative work. From film production to editorial design. I eventually decided to set my focus on all things digital and increase my impact from "just" design to solving core business problems.

Curiously embracing the unknown

In technology, constant change is certain. It’s what excites me most about my work. I like to put my mind toward new challenges and pick up new skills at record speed. I get energy out of driving sustainable change through small iterations.

Collaboration makes the best work

We can only solve the real toughies when we collaborate. As a design thinker and facilitator, I enable great ideas through co-creation. Working on eye-level, fostering psychological safety and a candid feedback culture.

Working at the heart of technology

Having worked at the heart of tech for almost a decade now, I know of the power of software. And I know how to teach people to design and build software in an evidence-based, lean and agile way. I particularly embrace working with engineers and have learnt a great deal from them over time.

Creative playfulness & a good story

I like to create fun stuff. I love when people get excited about a digital product I’ve designed, or when my illustrations make people smile. I’m re-discovering the value of good stories, as they package life lessons in a way you literally soak in and never forget.

Optimism and ambition

My drive and optimism make me dream of a bright future and get me out of bed every day. I rest, I play and I recharge, but I never give up. For the big decisions in life, I’m lucky to have a handful of people that I can consult, if in doubt. Family, friends and colleagues who I consider integral to my path.
